Terms and Conditions – LS1 Report Platform Rules

1. Introduction

Welcome to ls1 report. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and ls1 report ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the ls1 report website, including all betting, gaming, promotional, and account features available through it.

By registering an account or using any part of the ls1 report platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. 2. Eligibility

To use ls1 report, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ls1 report is strictly an adult platform. Anyone found to be under 18 will have their account closed immediately and any funds held may be returned after verification.

3. Account Rules

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on ls1 report. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited without notice.

During registration, you must provide accurate personal information. ls1 report may require you to verify this information at any stage. Providing false details constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account — whether or not you personally authorised it — is your responsibility. ls1 report will never contact you by email, phone, or chat to request your password. If you receive any such communication, treat it as fraudulent and notify our support team.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. ls1 report will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where necessary, suspend the account pending review.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. ls1 report also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that are found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or operating in a manner inconsistent with fair and responsible play.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Methods

ls1 report processes all transactions in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, supported debit/credit cards, and approved mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may differ depending on the method used. ls1 report does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in your account dashboard. Standard accounts can expect processing within the stated window. VIP members from Silver tier and above receive expedited withdrawal handling as part of their programme benefits. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you own and that has been verified under your account.

4.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

ls1 report may request identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard procedure to protect users and maintain platform integrity. Please ensure your account documents are up to date to avoid delays.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on ls1 report are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game type. For cricket — including PSL matches, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — as well as football, esports, and other covered markets, the rules governing settlement, voided bets, and in-play betting are displayed within each market.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Errors made by the user in selecting markets or stake amounts cannot be reversed after confirmation.
• ls1 report reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the bet was placed after the event outcome was known, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and may be adjusted at ls1 report's discretion, particularly during major events such as PSL finals or ICC tournaments.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during live events. Any bets placed during a suspended market will be voided.
• All odds displayed are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ls1 report offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional events. All such offers are subject to individual terms that are displayed alongside each promotion on the Promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated from them can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer's terms.
• Eligible Games and Markets: Not all games or betting markets contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Contribution rates are displayed within each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus funds or free spins not used within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, use of multiple accounts, or other methods deemed abusive will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

ls1 report reserves the right to amend, pause, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after it has already been accepted by a user, the terms applicable at the time of acceptance will continue to apply to that user's existing bonus balance.

7. VIP Programme

The ls1 report VIP programme rewards consistent and loyal players across five tiers. Progression through tiers is based on activity levels tracked within your account. Benefits increase at each tier and include items such as enhanced cashback rates, dedicated account managers, faster withdrawal processing, and exclusive event promotions.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

All content on ls1 report — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces — is the property of ls1 report or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the ls1 report platform without prior written permission. Your right to use the platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal entertainment use only.

11. Limitation of Liability

ls1 report provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, accurate, and secure service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

ls1 report shall not be held liable for losses arising from: technical interruptions or downtime, incorrect odds displayed due to data feed errors (where bets will be voided), actions taken by third-party payment providers, or any loss that results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ls1 report reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through the platform or via the contact details on their account.

Your continued use of ls1 report after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.

If you have a question about these Terms, a complaint about the platform, or wish to raise a dispute regarding a bet or transaction, please contact our support team. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.

Disputes relating to bet settlements should be raised within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for review.
